Try this is an easy and refreshing salad with your brussel sprouts.
What You'll Need - Serves 6
- 4 Cups Of Fresh Brussel Sprouts
- 2 Green Apples
- 1/2 Red Onion
- 1/2 Pack Fresh Coriander
- 2 Tbs Honey
- 1 Tsp Whole Grain Mustard
- 1 Lemon
- Salt & Pepper
Prep - 15 Minutes
- Shred your brussel spouts using a grater/ food processor or by cutting them with a knife
- Thinly Slice your apples
- Chop your coriander and red onion
- Mix the sprouts, apples, onion and coriander. Season with salt and pepper
- In a bowl or jar mix the juice of the lemon with the mustard and honey. Combine and pour onto the sprouts. Combine
