What You'll Need - Serves 4
- 1 Medium Red Cabbage (About 4 Cups Chopped)
- 2 Carrots
- 2 Granny Smith Apples
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Lemon
- Salt & Pepper
Prep - 20 Minutes
- Finely chop the red cabbage (as fine as you can get it)
- Grate the carrots
- Slice the apples with the peels on
- Combine the cabbage, carrots and apples in a bowl
- Combine mayonnaise, lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste
- Add the mayonnaise mixture to the cabbage and combine
