I enjoy making homemade ice tea in the summertime cause I can experiment with different flavour combinations whilst also controlling how much sugar is added. This ice team recipe is a constant fave in my fridge during the spring and summer months.

4 tbs hibiscus leaves (If using tea bags, use 8-10)
1 litre boiled hot water

1 Lemon
Mint Leaves
2 litre Jug

Strain the tea into the jug.
Add the cold water and pineaple juice and combine.

Refregeriate and serve with more lemon, ice cubes and mint.
