- 100g Salmon
- 4 Dill Stems
- 1 Lemon
- Salt & Pepper
Prep - 10 Minutes
- Thinly slice salmon
- Finely chop the dill leaves
- Add the dill to the salmon and season with salt and pepper
- Add the juice of the lemon
- Allow to sit for 5 minutes
- Serve on toast or on its own
