Pork trotters are so simple to make but the end result is always so delicious.
What You’ll Need - Serves 2 -3
500g pork trotters
1 yellow or white onion
1 litre chicken stock
2 tsp Rajah curry powder
1 tbs tomato taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Prep: 5 Minutes
Clean your trotters by rinsing them in water.
Chop the onions.
Let’s Get Cooking: 2-3 Hours
In a large pot heat about 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Add the trotters into the pot and brown on all sides.
Add the onions and rajah then combine.
Add the tomato paste and combine.
Add the chicken stock and bring to a boil.
Gradually add more water to the pot as needed until the trotters are cooked. You’ll know they are cooked when they become tender and the meat is falling off the bones.
